Rhys Favorite Christmas Gift Was Remote Control Car For Toddler
I bought Rhys a remote control car for toddler boys for Christmas! I had been looking everywhere and found one on Amazon! I have to say it is fabulous; my 2 and a half year old agrees too! I only wish I had bought the 2 pack at the time so that they could play together. It is no fun listening to them fighting over who’s turn it is next! In saying this a toddler remote controlled car is great for two kids to play together. Remote car for toddlers are brilliant affordable gift ideas! The one I found was under 15 dollars and it has provided hours, days and weeks of fun. Check out what Amelia and Rhys love about it!
We got the This Remote Control Race Car With Lights And Sounds
SGILE Race Car Remote Control Toy
This is very similar to our toddler remote controlled car, except ours is blue! We bought ours in the UK so there are different colors available!
It comes with a racing car driver who activates lights and sounds when placed in the driving seat. He is easy to lift in and out!
The remote control has a forward and reverse button. Sometimes reverse actually makes the car go in a circle which is pretty cool.
The car itself has a lovely design and I would even have bought it if it wasn’t activated by a remote control.
I love the fact this goes fairly fast considering it is a toddler toy not to mention the fact it still works on carpet but is better on tiles and wooden floors. It can even be used outdoors on gravel!
This Racing Car is one of the best gifts for a 18 month old boy!
A Toddler Remote Controlled Car is Fabulous Developmental Toy
This teaches both fine and gross motor skills as well as cause and effect. I watch both my 17 month old and 32 month old play and they do so differently. My younger toddler however does try to copy his older sister (I am not sure whether this is a good thing or not 😀 )
Fine Motor Development- I love watching Rhys putting the race car driver into the car. He has a hole at the bottom which slots into the car! The controller itself is very easy for a 17 month old to use. It is large and the buttons are easy to push.
Gross Motor Development
Cause and Effect – Realising that pushing buttons makes the car move in different ways!
I really wish I had bought two because then my two could race their remote control car for toddler! IMAGINE how much extra fun that would be.
